Voting Question: Where to get a really cheap dress?

The sadie hawkins dance at my school is this saturday and i need a cheap dress that still looks good by then. I cant get that much money but i want to look nice. Im 14 and the store needs to be near Anderson or Muncie, Indiana. I would like it to be near 20 or 30 dollars, which may be impossible, but i cant get much more money by then and my parents wont help.
